SwiftShare may temporarily process or store the following information in order to provide its features:

• Notes typed into the extension

The information processed by SwiftShare is used only for the functionality of the extension, including:

• Sending and receiving shared text
• Saving local extension preferences
• Displaying recent share history
• Improving extension performance and reliability

SwiftShare uses certain Chrome extension permissions strictly for its core functionality:

• storage — Save settings and local history
• contextMenus — Allow sharing selected text via right-click menu
• notifications — Notify users about incoming or outgoing shares
• activeTab — Access selected text only when triggered by the user
• clipboardRead / clipboardWrite — Allow copying and pasting text content
• sidePanel — Display the SwiftShare interface inside Chrome

SwiftShare uses Firebase Realtime Database services to synchronize and deliver shared content between users.

Data transmitted through Firebase is used solely for extension functionality.

SwiftShare does not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties.

Data may only be processed by trusted service providers required for the extension to function properly, such as Firebase.

SwiftShare uses secure HTTPS connections and industry-standard technologies to help protect user information.

Users can clear locally stored extension data at any time by:

• Removing the extension
• Clearing browser extension storage
• Resetting extension settings

SwiftShare is not intended for children under the age of 13.
